Have you even been drowning in produce from your garden (or the grocery store!) and not known what to do with it?  This food preservation booklet is a practical guide to help you make the most of your garden harvest or excess produce. Inside, you'll find six preservation methods, alongside ideas for preserving vegetables, garden greens, berries, and herbs, and a few recipes to inspire you!

From fresh-picked produce to pantry staples, preserving your harvest can help extend the life of your garden, reduce food waste, and bring a little more local food to your table year-round.

Physical copies can be picked up at the Food Bank Society of the Yukon at 306B Alexander Street in Whitehorse.
